Designed with a two-part epoxy system, it combines strong mechanical adhesion with efficient thermal conductivity to ensure reliable heat transfer and long-term stability. Formulated with aluminum oxide and boron nitride ceramic fillers, this epoxy delivers excellent thermal performance while remaining electrically insulating. Once cured, it forms a durable, permanent bond ideal for attaching heatsinks to CPUs, GPUs, RAM modules, voltage regulators, chipsets, and other integrated circuits. This 6-gram set includes two 3 g Luer slip syringes (Part A and Part B) with a simple 1:1 mixing ratio for precise and controlled application.
